Siobhán Mullen, born in Belfast, Northern Ireland

Mullen is an artist whose practice encompasses performance, experimental video, sound work and sculpture. Her live work is often concerned with spaces of poetic resistance and metamorphosis. Since the mid-90s she has presented her work at major international festivals and exhibitions in the UK, Europe, North and South America, New Zealand and the Arctic.

Mullen currently works as a lecturer in Fine Art at the Belfast School of Art, where she also co-curates the Belfast International Festival of Performance Art.
