Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen, Denmark

Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen, born 1970 in Manila, lives in Copenhagen and is currently professor at the Art Academy in Bergen (2019- 2027).

Her practice is based on performativity and performance art, transformed or translated into different media such as video, photography and sculpture. She has participated in the Performa09 New York City, Venice, Thessaloniki, Busan and Singapore Biennials, exhibited at Brooklyn Museum, New York, Tate Modern, London, Kindl and Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin, Ateneo Art Museum, Manila, Röda Sten, Göteborg, KIASMA & Helsinki Art Museum, Helsinki, Malmö Art Museum, Copenhagen Contemporary and National Gallery Copenhagen, AROS, Aarhus.
